Ooredoo has announced Wednesday that a new package for Filipino movie fans in Qatar will be available by the end of the month following the launching of the new “Pinoy Movies” service on Mozaic TV.
The service, which will offer 50 new titles updated every week, will include the very best of the Pinoy film industry. The films will cost only QR15 for regular titles and QR20 for premium blockbusters. Customers can rent the movies for 48 hours and watch them as many times as they like during this period.
Ooredoo said: “Mozaic TV is committed to providing unlimited, all-you-can-watch on-demand access for movie fans in all genres and languages.”
The Pinoy Movies package was launched to build on the popularity of the recent “My GMA package,” which offers Filipinos in Qatar access to the latest news, public affairs, and entertainment programmes for only QR99 per month.
“Ooredoo has predicted that the new Pinoy Movies on-demand service will draw a similarly warm response from the Filipino community in Qatar. As the most popular quality digital entertainment service in the country, Mozaic TV provides access to a rich range of content, including the best and latest releases from Hollywood, Bollywood, Asia, and the Arab world,” it said.
All Video on-demand content is charged directly to customers’ monthly Ooredoo bills. Mozaic TV users can access the list of movies by clicking the “VOD” button on their remote handsets and then selecting “Pinoy Movies” to see the films available.
Next Generation Mozaic TV and Mozaic GO app users can take advantage of the benefits of the service on Qatar’s fastest and biggest network, including high-definition programming and a range of advanced features such as the ability to pause, rewind, and record TV from their remote control.
For details on how to subscribe to the Pinoy Movies pack, customers can go to Mozaic.qa. Existing Next Generation Mozaic TV customers can subscribe via their Mozaic TV remote control.
