The Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) has organised a field tour for its food inspectors, as part of its training course on food safety. The tour covered many food outlets to acquaint the inspectors with the external inspection of food items and the sampling procedures, besides, the reporting and documentation of food violations. The field tour was organised as part of the programme aiming for enhancing the efficiency of food inspectors.
