Prime Minister David Cameron and Conservative Party candidate for Rochester and Strood, Kelly Tolhurst, visit MCL Mechanical near Rochester, Kent, during a visit ahead of the by-election tomorrow. The by-election in Rochester and Strood was triggered after former Conservative MP Mark Reckless defected to Ukip, resigning his seat in September.
