A week after launching its Haj Roaming Pack, Vodafone yesterday introduced the Vodafone Passport Pack.
From today until October 31, the pack can be enjoyed in many of the most frequently visited destinations from Qatar.
For QR100 a week, Vodafone Passport Pack offers 2GB of data and unlimited minutes to receive calls plus unlimited minutes to make calls to Vodafone Qatar numbers.
“We are delighted to launch Vodafone Passport Pack in time before many customers travel for Eid al-Adha. We know how important it is for people to stay in touch with family and friends plus have access to the Internet anywhere and at all times without any bill shock,” Vodafone said in a statement.
“With 4G roaming services also available in Saudi Arabia, Spain, the Netherlands and Romania, we hope we can make our customers’ experience even more special.”
The list of roaming countries includes Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman (GCC) as well as the UK, US, India, Egypt, Turkey, Switzerland, Greece, Australia, Thailand, France, Italy, Spain, Romania, Portugal, Malta, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Albania, South Africa, Ghana and New Zealand.
The Vodafone Passport Pack is available for all Vodafone customers on prepaid, postpaid and business.
To activate the pack while roaming, prepaid customers need to dial *200*100#, postpaid customers have to dial *110*101# and business customers need to dial *110*102#
The Haj Roaming Pack, launched on September 25, gives customers roaming in Saudi Arabia during the Haj period unlimited data access for QR50 a week, until October 10.
