LuLu Hypermarkets has provided financial support for activities undertaken by the Qatar Society of Engineers (QSE). At a meeting held recently at the QSE headquarters in Katara - the Cultural Village, Mohamed Althaf, Group director of LuLu Hypermarket chain, presented a cheque of QR150,000 to support various activities of QSE during 2014-2015. The meeting was attended by QSE chairman Ahmed Jassim al-Jolo and other members of the society’s board, while the LuLu Hypermarket Group was represented by Althaf and Shaijan M O, regional director of LuLu Group, Qatar region. At the end of the meeting, al-Jolo presented to Althaf a shield from QSE, thanking him for the support rendered to the society. Pictured are QSE and LuLu officials on the occasion.
