Doha Municipality reported the largest number of transactions at 43 with a total value of QR397.7mn during this week
Qatar’s real estate sector witnessed a great recovery despite the ongoing summer holiday with transactions jumping more than four-fold during the second week of this month, according to Ezdan Real Estate Company.
Transactions worth QR756.8mn were undertaken latest week compared to QR170.1mn in the previous week, a record rise of 345%, according to the recent weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice. The average daily value of real estate transactions amounted to about QR151.4mn compared to QR56.7mn in the previous week.
Doha Municipality reported the largest number of transactions at 43 with a total value of QR397.7mn during this week, followed by Al Rayyan followed with 29 transactions (QR119.7mn), Al Daayen 21 deals (QR117.4mn), Umm Salal 22 deals (QR60mn) and Al Wakrah 13 transactions (QR46.7mn), Ezdan said in its report.
Al Shamal reported five deals worth QR5.7mn, and Al Khor and Al Thakhira witnessed five transactions valued at QR9.7mn.
The review period witnessed diversified real estate deals through the sale of 16 villas, 25 houses, one tower and one residential building.
