Victory for Hamas
Dear Sir,
The Zionist government is facing defeat at home. On Saturday night (July 26), more than 3,000 Israeli demonstrators gathered in Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square to protest against Israeli aggression on Gaza.
They held anti-Zionist placards expressing anger at Tel Aviv’s brutal acts. Undoubtedly,  1,000 Gazans’ sacrifice appeared in Tel Aviv as a defeat for fanatics. Sympathisers and supporters are emerging in the occupiers’ nation.
Also, on July 25, more than a thousand protesters marched through central London to show solidarity with the people of Gaza. Jewish rabbis also joined the march.
On this occasion, Rabbi Jacob Weisz, from the activist group Jews United Against Zionism,  said: “We feel embarrassed and deeply ashamed of what’s happening in our name. We feel that for the true interests of us Jews as well as for the Palestinians is for the world to put Israel to stop its bombing, stopping its slaughter and stopping its bombing of Gaza.”
In fact, victory is not about counting innocent bodies. Victory is about popular support. Hamas has popular support around the world, including many Israelis. On the other side in Gaza, no one is with Israel.
Moreover, Hamas says that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s statement that he cannot guarantee the success of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip is “a tacit acknowledgment of defeat”. These all are signs of defeat for Israel and the real victory for Hamas.
