Ooredoo and Kahramaa have launched a new promotion that will give customers the chance to win one of 15 iPad Air tablets when they pay their water and electricity bills via Ooredoo’s self-service machines (SSMs). |
The promotion, which runs until June 30, is the latest in a series of initiatives designed to highlight the convenience and range of options provided by Ooredoo’s nationwide network of SSMs.
Ooredoo is supporting the draw for the iPad Air as part of its efforts to enhance the customer experience for everyone who uses its SSM network.
Customers can make real-time payments to Kahramaa via Ooredoo’s SSM network so that all updates are reflected instantly on their accounts. Since the facility to pay Kahramaa bills was launched in 2012, it has become one of the most popular features on Ooredoo SSM.
With more than 200 machines placed throughout the country at easily accessible venues, customers can manage their Ooredoo and Kahramaa accounts at locations such as the airport, Abu Samra border, drive-through SSMs on main highways and machines in popular malls and shopping areas.
