International Bank of Qatar (ibq) has won the ‘Best Customer Service Award’ for the fifth year at the annual Banker Middle East Industry Awards 2014, organised by CPI Financial. The award recognises ibq’s continued leadership in delivering innovative, value-added products, in addition to the Bank’s investment in technology, human capital and streamlined banking operations focused on delivering high quality customer service and experience. “This award is a testament to our commitment to continue delivering on our objective of providing unparalleled services dedicated to customer satisfaction.
