Ezdan Holding Group has announced the launch of five residential villages for sale during Cityscape 2014, which opens today at the Qatar National Convention Centre.
The three-day exhibition, held under the patronage of Ezdan Holding Group, is organised with the participation of an impressive range of major real estate companies in Qatar and the region.
Ezdan’s stand includes special platforms for all subsidiaries of the Group, led by Ezdan Real Estate Company, Ezdan Hotel and Ezdan Mall, in addition to the main platform of Ezdan Holding Group, which displays the Group’s trip, history, experience and the volume of its investments via a
documentary film.
Sheikh Dr Khaled bin Thani bin Abdullah al-Thani, Group chairman, Ezdan Holding, had said earlier that the acquisitions and sales of the group came as the result of a thorough study of the financial situation of many of the companies listed on Qatar’s stock market, noting that these companies are selected carefully for acquisition and in accordance with specific
standards and studies.
Ali al-Obaidli, Group CEO, Ezdan Holding, revealed that the Group plans to sell five residential villages during this year. These villages comprise 2,660 housing units in addition to other services and facilities such as mosques, sports courts, health clubs, gyms, nurseries, parking lots, children playgrounds, among others.
Obaidli pointed out that Ezdan has chosen Cityscape because it is regarded the largest real estate summit in the country, adding that the exhibition provides a good opportunity to make sale offers. Ezdan CEO expects the Group will receive purchase requests from many
entities during the exhibition.
Obaidli explained that negotiations are currently underway with several investors concerning villages offered for sale.
The CEO noted that all residential villages offered for sale enjoy up to 97% occupancy, in addition to the wide range of services and facilities they offer to their tenants.
