The Saudi Ministry of Haj has warned pilgrims as well as Haj and Umrah operators not to visit or organise trips to camel farms to avoid contracting the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome – Cornonavirus (Mers-CoV), local Arabic daily Arrayah has reported. The ministry pointed out in a statement that the Saudi Ministry of Health has learnt that some Haj and Umrah operators are planning to organise trips to camel farms for visitors, the report states.
