HE the Foreign Minister Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah met Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister and Presidential Special Representative for the Middle East Mikhail Bogdanov in Doha yesterday. They discussed bilateral relations and a number of issues of mutual interest.
