HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah has received a written message from Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi. The message was handed over to Dr Khalid al-Attiyah when he met the Chinese Ambassador to Qatar Gao Youzhen. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them.
