Ooredoo yesterday launched their lowest-ever denomination of the mobile data scratch cards, with a new data top-up card at QR20 for 250MB.
The new card aims to cater for the company’s large customer base that use their mobile devices online minimally, or for one off services such as video calls.
The mobile data card, which was one of Ooredoo’s top sellers in 2013, enables Hala and Shahry customers to extend their mobile data limit, without eating into their existing credit.
The other denominations of Ooredoo mobile data cards are 1GB for QR60, 3GB for QR80 and 6GB for QR100.
The cards will be valid for 30 days once activated, and customers can use more than one scratch card during the 30-day validity period. The data will also work in conjunction with Ooredoo’s 4G network.
To activate the mobile data cards, customers need to scratch off the secret panel to reveal the activation code, and follow the instructions on the back of the card to redeem the data.
Ooredoo mobile data cards can be purchased in an Ooredoo Shop or throughout Qatar with Ooredoo authorised dealers.
