The protocol of accession of Qatar Police College to The International Association of Police Academies (Interpa) was signed in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur, earlier this week.
The protocol was signed by Brigadier Mohamed Abdullah al Mohanna al-Murri, director general of Police College, with the head of International Association of Police Academies.
The signing was attended by Badr Ibrahim al-Ghanim, director of Technical Office of Ministry of Interior and rapporteur of Supreme Committee of Police College and Captain Fahad Said al-Sobaiei, director of Police College Training Department.
The signing will enable Qatar Police College to get access for exchange of experiences with other regional and international police colleges and academies.
Interpa has currently 54 police academies and institutions as participants from various countries, which would help to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of police education and training in all aspects on a global level.
