Outdoor lighting illuminates a bridge in downtown Dubai, with the Burj Khalifa tower in the background, yesterday during the Dubai Festival of Lights. The event is inspired from the French city of Lyon’s Festival of Lights (Fete des Lumieres de Lyon). The illuminations and artistic light installations will be displayed until March 29.
