HE Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah yesterday met with British Defence Secretary Philip Hammond. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed issues of mutual concern as well as bilateral relations. British Minister for Defence Equipment, Support and Technology Philip Dunne attended the meeting besides the head of the political security department at the British defence ministry. Qatar’s ambassador Khalid Rashid Salem al-Homoudi al-Mansouri was present along with members of the official delegation accompanying al-Attiyah.
