Ooredoo is reporting record demand for the latest 4G product, the 4G Wi-Fi Kit, that enables customers to connect multiple devices to Qatar’s fastest and now free 4G key.

The Ooredoo 4G Wi-Fi Kit is a portable 4G connection that offers customers the opportunity to connect up to 10 devices at the same time. The device, which is designed for customers needing a portable way to access multiple 4G connections on the move, costs QR429 and is available at Ooredoo shops.

Business and consumer customers can simply plug the kit into a wall socket charger, car charger or connect it to a laptop, and have instant access to 4G Mobile speeds, which are up to six times as fast as 3G Internet.

To use the 4G Wi-Fi Kit, customers can use Shahry or Hala Data Packs with the Ooredoo 4G key to connect to the 4G Network. 

Data Packs start from just QR60 per month for 1GB mobile data for Shahry customers, and 250MB data for only QR15 per week for Hala customers. Access to the 4G key is now free for all Shahry Smart and Hala Pack and Mobile Internet Pack customers, as Ooredoo continues to revamp their portfolio of services and offers in line with #OoredooSmart.

There will be no additional charges for the ongoing use of the 4G Wi-Fi kit after the initial purchase and owners can connect or disconnect new users as many times as needed.

The 4G Wi-Fi Kit has been launched after Ooredoo announced free access to the 4G key. Ooredoo aims to continue to invest in expanding its portfolio of 4G products for consumers and businesses in Qatar in 2014.
