Vodafone Qatar has opened an exclusive service zone for women inside the company’s store at Landmark Mall.
A first of its kind within the company’s retail footprint, the facility will be managed by a ladies-only team.
Marouf Trad Mahmoud, Area Manager at Vodafone Qatar, said: “As a Qatari company, we strongly realise the importance of providing bespoke service channels to our customers and offering tailor-made experiences that suit their needs and expectations is a top priority.”
Vodafone’s ladies-only zones will be rolled-out gradually to other stores in Qatar. The in-store care teams are supported by a 24/7 award-winning Care Call Centre and Qatari Call Centre Specialists.
Vodafone has recently launched its new Red Postpaid plans that come with exclusive privileges, best value and great family deals. Vodafone Red is composed of 4 plans: Red M, L, XL and a VIP Plan.
The exclusive privileges include: parking and valet services at malls and entertainment venues; access to more than 600 VIP lounges at international airports; VIP concierge services; special Vodafone Red care team; 30% discount on all family plans; and exclusive access to the 3030 number range.
Red also offers unlimited local calling and SMS to anyone in Qatar, a first in the country. Additionally, Red customers can enjoy hours of free international calling to their favourite numbers. A number of Red plans include roaming minutes and all the plans include mobile Internet.
“Together with our all Qatari ladies sales team, Al Johara, this onsite ladies care team at our store in Landmark Mall reinforces our strategy to be the telecom provider of choice for everyone in the country,” Mahmoud added.Last updated:
