HE the Prime Minster and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani has received a written message from Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau, Rui Duarte Barros, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of developing them. Special Adviser to the Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau, Roberto Antonio Vieira, handed over the message during a meeting with the Prime Minister and Interior Minister yesterday in Doha.
