The Ministry of Interior’s Drug Enforcement Administration arrested five persons of Asian origin for selling Suwaika and seized 400 packs of the narcotic substance. Anti-drug officers conducted the raid in a ‘secret warehouse’ after obtaining prior permission from the Public Prosecution. The packets were prepared for sale among youths. The
accused have been referred to the authorities concerned to complete the legal procedures.
