Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal shows the victory sign as he arrives to file his nomination for the upcoming assembly election in New Delhi yesterday. The Indian capital will hold election on December 4. The poll would bring the curtains down on the 15-year Congress rule in Delhi, Kejriwal said.
