Some 3,000 South Korea’s Yakult Company employees make Kimchi, a traditional Korean side-dish, in front of the Seoul City Hall. The annual event is held to help needy neighbours. Kimchi is a salted, pickled vegetable dish, often presented as a basic side dish in Korean meals.
