HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani will officially inaugurate today the state-of-the-art Ras Laffan Emergency and Safety College (RLESC) at Ras Laffan Industrial City. A joint initiative between Qatar Petroleum and Ministry of Interior, the RLESC is a premier emergency and safety training college designed to serve a variety of sectors in Qatar as well as the greater Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
