HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs, Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah holding talks with the president of the military medical academy in Bulgaria, Major General Professor Stoyan Tonev who is currently visiting Qatar. Talks dealt with matters of mutual concern.
