Qatar Motor and Motorcycling president and FIA Cross Country Commission chief Nasser Khalifa al-Attiyah (third from left) attended the opening of the Azadi Race Circuit in Tehran earlier this month. Al-Attiyah was asked by FIA president Jean Todt to attend the event on his behalf.
