Jaidah Automotive, a subsidiary of Jaidah Group and the exclusive importer and distributor of Chevrolet in Qatar, has opened two new Quick Service Centres in Doha.
The state-of-the-art service centres, located on Airport Road and Umm al-Dome Street, will help Jaidah Automotive better meet the maintenance and quick service requirements of its Chevrolet customers.
“The opening of the two Quick Service Centres reinforces our commitment to customers here in Qatar. By increasing the number of service facilities, we aim to get closer to the customers and provide them with best-in-industry service in the fastest time possible,” said Mark Jenkins, general manager of Jaidah Automotive.
The two new facilities take the total number of Jaidah Automotive’s service facilities in Qatar to three. Both will remain open from 7am to 11pm, Saturday to Thursday.
The 200sqm centre on Airport Road boasts of six bays and employs nine certified General Motors technicians. The one on Umm al-Dome Street is 100sqm in size, has two bays and employs four certified General Motors technicians.
The new locations will enable Jaidah Automotive to attend to a total of 60 customers each day. “I am extremely proud of the extensive measures Jaidah Autmotive has taken to continuously improve customer service,” said Luay al-Shurafa, director (customer care and after-sales) at GM Middle East.
