Ooredoo continues to offer more value with its Hala Packs, which offer a cost-effective, convenient way for customers to enjoy more choice and stay connected, the company has said in a statement.
Starting at just QR10 per week, Hala Packs are valid for one week and renew automatically. The two most popular options in Qatar are the Hala 15 Pack, which offers 55 local call minutes and SMS and 10MB of mobile Internet, and Hala 25, which gives 110 local minutes and SMS, 11MB of mobile Internet, plus 11 international minutes and SMS, the statement adds.
Also available is the bumper value Hala 40 Pack, which delivers 200 local minutes and SMS, 20 international minutes and SMS, and 20MB of mobile data every week. There is also the super-saving Hala 10 Pack, offering 35 local minutes/SMS and 5MB of mobile Internet.
Hala Packs enable customers to manage their mobile spending more effectively. If customers go over the bundle allowance during the week, they can still carry on calling, surfing and texting at standard Hala rates until the next bundle starts.
Ooredoo also offers a free “Call Me Back” service so that customers can send up to three text messages a day to alert important people that they need to call them, even if they are out of credit.
