Vodafone Qatar has won a Mena Customer Delight Award, making it the fourth customer care award for the company this year.
The award recognises and celebrates best practice in customer service among companies based in the Middle East and North Africa. It also aims to encourage companies to be service-focused and promote the importance of customer service across the region.
The award is organised by the Secretariat of the Middle East & North Africa Customer Delight Award together with American Liberty University and the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
“We’re thrilled to have won this award. Alongside our recent Insights Middle East Call Centre Award, this is testament to Vodafone’s dedication and commitment to deliver high-quality customer service on a daily basis,” said Deirdre Hutchinson, Vodafone Qatar’s head of customer experience and customer care.
The awards ceremony will be held in Dubai on November 7.
