| Hyatt Plaza mall has plenty of activities planned this Eid |
Hyatt Plaza mall is preparing to host a number of activities to celebrate the Eid holidays.
Mall general manager Feroz Moideen said: “Doha’s preferred family shopping destination, Hyatt Plaza shopping mall, is all prepared to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan by creating a fun, festive atmosphere for residents, families and visitors during Eid al-Fitr.”
“Embracing the traditions of dining, shopping for gifts and family entertainment, Hyatt Plaza’s Food Court area will be the destination of choice for community-friendly festivities this upcoming Eid.”
“For Eid al-Fitr, we invite families, residents and visitors to embrace the traditions and festive spirit of Eid by experiencing the mall’s offerings of delicious dining choices, interactive events and entertainment that we provide for the families in Qatar,” he said, adding: “We have a wide variety of amazing Eid surprises lined up for four days and this Eid, our mall is the place to be.”
In partnership with the Qatar Tourism Authority, the mall will be hosting an African circus, parades, and appearances by children’s TV characters such as Barney and Snow White.
Qatar TV will also be hosting activities and events, including interactive games, and songs.
The four-day celebration will take place daily from 3.30pm to 5pm at the food court, while the live event will take place in front of Giant Stores from 6.15pm to 7.30pm.
Jungle Zone will also reopen to coincide with the first day of Eid.
“We have ensured that every possible effort is taken to provide the best offerings in Jungle Zone, so that the families in Qatar will have a wonderful and safe environment to have fun,” Moideen said. “On behalf of Hyatt Plaza shopping mall and all our tenants, I would like to extend our heartfelt Eid wishes to all our customers and the people in Qatar.”
