Barney and Friends, the well-known children’s show, has drawn around 4,500 people at The Gate Mall in West Bay.
The entertainment show has caught the attention of numerous young fans from across the country. It will continue to be staged at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm during the last few days of
Ramadan.
Due to a rise in demand during Eid al-Fitr, the show timetable will be expanded to four shows per day - starting from 12noon and running through 4pm,
7pm and 9pm.
The Gate Mall has also announced that the Barney and Friends show will start a completely new act on August 6 and an added surprise will be unveiled on Eid. A children’s corner created on the ground floor of the mall is hosting a number of activities for kids to enjoy, such as balloon squeezing and face painting.

The show is an excellent learning tool that teaches children values that reflect positively on their daily lives by allowing them to build important personality characteristics.
