The management of Qatar Petroleum (QP)’s offshore operations has shared Iftar and Ghabga with staff and contractors on Halul Island.
The event was attended by Mubarak A al-Harji, offshore operations manager; Mohd A Humaid, acting manager,  production; Mohd Y al-Abdulla, acting manager, Halul Terminal and export; Rashid M al-Sulaiti, manager, operations engineering;  Mahmoud A Khoori, manager, marine;  Hassan A al-Saygh, manager, health, safety and environment; and Ahmed J Fakhroo, manager, well integrity.
Highlights of the event included sports activities such as the Halul marathon, which was won by Osman Bhaurudeen from Qatar Navy, while the Gulfar team won in volleyball against Amwaj.
The Offshore management also participated in games such as table tennis, snooker and the traditional Arabic board game (keram).
The QP Offshore staff and contractors enjoyed the event, which was held with the objective of promoting social activities among the staff during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
