HE the Speaker of the Advisory (Shura) Council Mohamed bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi with Charge d’affaires of Central African Republic’s embassy in Doha Hammoudi al-Sheikh. Sheikh conveyed a message to al-Khulaifi from the head of Central African Republic’s National Transitional Council. The meeting also reviewed parliamentary relations between the two councils. Secretary General of the Advisory Council Fahad bin Mubarak al-Khayareen attended the meeting.
