The Arabic Department at Languages Centre, Qatar Faculty of Islamic Studies (QFIS), has hosted a Turkish delegation of 20 students from the Faculty of Theology at Marmara University, Istanbul. The visit was part of an agreement between the two sides to send groups of students to attend short courses at QFIS, with the initiative contributing to the promotion of Arabic linguistic skills for non-native speakers belonging to other cultures.
