The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has received a delegation representing Majan Electricity Company from Oman, headed by Sultan Mahrouqi.

The visiting team is here to learn from the experience of Kahramaa with regard to call centres, which deal with customer support and inquiries.
The delegation visited the Customer Services Department where they were able to see the application of the latest in modern management services in the “991” call centre, which Kahramaa says is the most important mechanism for the implementation of operations with the latest technology.
Mahrouqi, the head of the Oman delegation, thanked Kahramaa acting customer services manager Hassan Mohammed al-Hail, call centre head Nasser al-Khuzaie, and other officials at Kahramaa.
Al-Hail said that the visit comes within the framework of supporting co-operation between the GCC.
