Vodafone Qatar was recognised for its “Customer care” performance at the Middle East Call Centre Awards 2012 in Dubai recently.

This is the second time that Vodafone Qatar has been awarded the “Best call centre of the year” along with the “Best voice of the customer programme,” “Best internally developed application,” “Best essay,” and “Best video/song.”
The awards were received on behalf of Vodafone Qatar by its head of Customer Care Deirdre Hutchinson.
“We are thrilled and extremely proud to have won these awards as they reflect our performance against a wide range of industry leaders in the customer service arena.
“We are consistently striving to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers and recognition of this kind serves to ensure we are heading in the right direction. My thanks go out to our Customer Care teams and the many supporting functions in Vodafone Qatar who have helped through their dedication and commitment to deliver an unmatched customer experience and really make a difference to all our customers,” said Hutchinson.
With call centres based in Qatar, Egypt and India, Vodafone offers round-the-clock services in four different languages - English, Arabic, Malayalam and Hindi.
“This gives thousands of people the full customer experience in their own language, including general product information, an overview of current promotions, and the option to speak with a Vodafone Qatar Customer Care specialist,” a company release said.
