HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani meets the outgoing Netherlands ambassador John Groffen. The Emir presented the outgoing ambassador with the Sash of Merit for his role in boosting relations between the two countries. He wished him success in his future missions and more progress and growth to relations between Qatar and the Netherlands. The Emir also met Britain’s outgoing envoy Michael O’Neil.
