Doha Insurance Chairman Sheikh Nawaf Nasser bin Khaled al-Thani on Monday inaugurated the company’s new self-service kiosk facility “DIC Express”.
Using the self-service kiosk, customers will be able to sign up for or renew third party liability (TPL) motor insurance, without the need to visit Doha Insurance office.
On the kiosk, customers can find their claims and get instant quote for their policies. Payment can be made using authorised debit or credit card and the kiosk will print the policy following successful transaction.
The kiosk will be placed at vantage points and the facility will be available round-the-clock. Doha Insurance general manager Bassam Hussein was also present.
