HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday issued the Emiri decision No. 45 for 2012, appointing Mohamed Ahmad Mohamed al-Hayki as Qatar’s Ambassador to Brazil. The decision is to go into effect and to be implemented from the date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
