Newly-elected northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial assembly members take an oath at the provincial assembly building in Peshawar yesterday. The newly elected members were sworn in for a new term of five years. Pakistan’s national assembly will start its new term on June 1 and will elect the country’s new prime minister the following week.
