The world’s leading logistics company was the first express company to establish a fully-owned office in Qatar more than 30 years ago and has since grown to cover and serve the entire country with a dedicated fleet of 45 vehicles and 10 service points in key strategic business locations around Qatar.
DHL Express (Middle-east and North Africa) vice-president for sales and marketing Robert Mills said: “This award, for the second consecutive year, solidifies DHL’s commitment to Qatar and our loyal customers here.
“We serve more than 1,600 customers and our win in the ‘Small Call Centre’ category only further proves the efficiency and dedicated attitude of our staff to deliver simple and efficient logistics to our customers.”
He added: “This win is for the dedicated staff at our call centre in Doha who works tirelessly to ensure that all incoming and outgoing packages are properly and safely delivered to Qatar and around the world.”
DHL Qatar recently introduced a new pricing strategy that ensures that it offers its customers in Qatar the “most competitive rates bundled with the best-ever transit time performance” and plans to further expand its service point network in the country this year.
