Qtel’s new “Ten in One” scratch card for Hala top-ups
Qtel has yesterday introduced a new handy “Ten in One” scratch card for Hala top-ups to promote new solutions that are environmentally-friendly and convenient for customers.
The release of the new card is set to build on the enduring popularity of Qtel’s “Three in One” version, and allows users to either purchase a single strip for QR10, or a whole card with ten easily-shareable strips for QR100.
Qtel has taken the lead in environmentally-friendly customer service in recent years, introducing e-billing, an e-waste recycling programme and working to make all of its activities paper-free and sustainable.
The scratch cards are made from recycled material and are bio-degradable, conforming to the highest environmental standards, and the smaller strip format is designed to help reduce litter across Qatar and minimise potential harm to wildlife. The strip format means that customers don’t have to buy a whole card for QR10 top-ups, and the strips are easily disposed of.
As well as the new cards, Qtel continues to promote its wide range of e-channels, including online and self-service machines, which offers environmentally-friendly and easily-accessed alternatives for topping-up customers’ accounts.
Customers who use e-channels to top-up their accounts get 10% bonus credit as an added incentive.
In addition, research from Qtel has shown that the multiple card format has proven particularly popular with families and in the workplace, offering an easy and convenient way of ensuring the people stay topped-up.
Qtel continues to use the highest quality of bio-degradable card and labels on the full range of ISO-standard sized scratch cards.
