Officials of the Kochi-headquartered Empire Builders are in Qatar to promote two of their new projects in the southern Indian state of Kerala’s largest metropolis.

K I Babu Mather: This is the right opportunity for non-resident Indians to invest in real estate
The projects are Empire Residency in Panampally Nagar and Empire Apartments on the LFC Road in Kaloor, both within the main city areas.
The projects are in the proximity of leading hospitals, shopping centres, public schools and colleges, indoor stadiums and the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kaloor and two major railway stations in the city, the promoters said.
“We also offer attractive investment opportunities in our already commissioned commercial project near the High Court of Kerala," said K I Babu Mather, managing partner of the group.
All the projects are jointly promoted by Mather Brothers, Cochin, who have carved a niche in real estate and hardware business in Kerala, and the UAE’s leading retail marketing giants K M Trading.
“The real estate market is showing signs recovery in recent month after a brief lull and this is the right opportunity for non-resident Indians to invest in real estate business in the light of falling rupee against the US dollar and the skyrocketing yellow metal prices,” Mather said.
He said the Empire Residency had already been completed and was ready to occupy while the Empire Apartment was nearing completion and likely to be handed over by March 2013.
The builders are available for consultation at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, Doha.
