Jaidah Furniture, a division of Jaidah Group, has announced the exclusive arrival in Qatar of Ligne Roset’s 2012 collection at its Salwa Road, Doha showroom.

The Ligne Roset showroom is situated at Souq Nadj on the Salwa Road and is home to the new range of sofas, chairs, beds, desks and storage solutions for 2012. As well as furnishings for every room in the house, Ligne Roset also supplies lighting solutions, textiles, accessories, home office and others.
For 2012, Ligne Roset presents a collection featuring 100 new pieces, the fruits of the inspiration and talents of 80 designers, 25 of whom are working with Ligne Roset for the very first time. There is a heavy Scandinavian influence within the collection, with soft lines, natural materials such as natural or black-stained wood, and the way in which they are used, which flirts with the Japanese approach.
Standout pieces in the 2012 portfolio include the ‘Simplissimo’ chair by architect Jean Nouvel, the pared-down style of which combines the lightness of aluminum with the elegant yet ergonomic inclination of its seat and back; the ‘Mortaise’ collection of small items assembled from pieces of solid oak, by young Japanese designer Yota Kakuda.
