Qatar Chamber has invited Qatar and GCC-based businesses, as well as large corporations at international level to partner with the 8th World Chambers Congress taking place in Doha from April 22 to 25 next year.
Qatar Chamber Chairman, Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim al-Thani, said sponsorship opportunities at the Congress are a link for local businesses into the international business community that is not to be missed.
“Our work has always been about promoting opportunities of trade and investment for the country and helping enterprises and entrepreneurs’ network and partner with business leaders,” said Sheikh Khalifa.
“Bringing this Congress to Doha is in many ways a culmination of all our initiatives, and we call on our local partners to take advantage of it as such.”
Qatar Chamber is working closely with the World Chambers Federation to find Congress partners that are looking to increase their profiles within the 2013 Congress.
“Qatar Chamber believes that the most successful congresses are delivered through the wide range of support of individuals and organisations - both public and private and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the companies that already expressed their level of involvement, including Qatar Airways (official carrier), Qatar Petroleum (platinum sponsor), United Development Company and Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Company (gold sponsors), and Ginger Camel (Media Production Partner),” said Remy Rowhani, Qatar Chamber director general.
With a year to the event, preparations for the 8th World Chambers Congress are in full swing. The Congress assembles a global community of more than 12,000 chambers of commerce, their presidents and CEOs, business members and influential world leaders.
It provides a unique opportunity for interaction between delegates from more than 100 countries.
