Wife of the Emir HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser attended yesterday a youth panel discussion under the theme “Arabic Language in Our Life”, held during the last day of the Forum on Advancement of Arabic Language at the Qatar National Convention Centre. The forum addressed the challenges currently facing the Arabic language, how to revive it as a language of science and literature. The role of youth in promoting language was stressed when Sheikha Moza gave a speech in the opening ceremony, saying that youth’s contribution to the Arab advancement leads subsequently to promoting the Arabic language.
