Alfardan Premier Motors Co, the exclusive importer of Land Rover in Qatar, recently organised its annual Land Rover Ride & Drive Desert Event.
The participants had the opportunity to experience Land Rover’s high performance and its 4x4 heritage in Qatar and the region, witnessing its effectiveness on all terrains, particularly sand dunes. The event also featured an array of activities for the attendees.
Hussein Adra, marketing and CRM manager of Alfardan Premier Motors, said: “We organise this event every year in order to ensure our customers’ satisfaction by engaging them in a full day of exciting events. This year’s Land Rover Ride & Drive Desert Event was a great success, and our aim behind it was to thank our customers and fans for their loyalty to their top-performing Land Rovers. It was also a time for all of us to go out and enjoy some outdoor activities under Qatar’s
glistening sun.”
The trip kicked off with a short introductory course for the participants on how to navigate safely through the deserts and seashores of Qatar. The guests then went on a desert ride through Qatar’s sand dunes, during which they were guided across the sandy terrain.
Participants also got the chance to experience a full day of events organised for children and families at a campsite in Khor Al Udaid, including a
barbecue for all the guests.
