Ezdan Holding Group has launched Ezdan Village 9 for families in Wakrah. |
The village has more than 700 different housing units comprising studios, villas and apartments.
Dr Ayoub al-Faraj, director general of Ezdan Real Estate Company, said the new complex is part of a series of villages at Wakrah and Wukair the company is developing aimed at wooing people from outside Doha. It also provides more convenience and serenity for residents besides attractive rents.
“Besides being fully furnished, Ezdan Village 9 contains all sophisticated services such as billiard halls, gymnasium complex, tennis courts, green areas, gardens, wedding halls and swimming pools. It also has a mosque, a big supermarket, covered parking for residents and visitors among other facilities,” said Dr al-Faraj, adding that this is the first village to implement Ezdan Plus services.
He said the real estate in Qatar remains the most attractive investment sector in the region.
