HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has received a message from Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud al-Said, the Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers Affairs in Oman, pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.
