HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani receiving Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai ahead of their talks at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. The talks were attended by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor al-Thani and a number of other ministers. On the Afghani side it was attended by members of the official delegation accompanying President Karzai. Talks dealt with relations between the two countries and ways to develop them as well as matters of mutual concern. President Karzai later left Doha wrapping up his two-day visit to Qatar
